Michelle: Dorado with watermelon salsa (6 out of 10)- Watermelon, mint, and fried cheese shouldn't be mixed together.

Dan: Grilled kingfish (8 out of 10)- This was very tasty.

Death by chocolate was great.

Service started out good but soon dwindled downhill. Michelle's watermelon salsa was a waste of food. We were seated with a wonderful beach view and were able to experience flying fish and stingray in the water from our table. Despite its problems, Carambola will also hold a special place in our hearts because the restaurant has a beautiful garden area where we got married.
