Comments:

This restaurant was a recommendation from us from our fellow blues fans at the Biltmore Estate Red, White, & Blues festival. I had the corn fritters. Don’t try this. It was corn pancakes with sour cream. I’ve had corn fritters and what The Greenery served was not my idea of a delicious appetizer. Dan’s portabella in a puff pastry was wonderful. The salads were simple but both the poppyseed and parmesan dressings were good. Dan’s mountain trout didn’t have much flavor. I love lamb chops and decided to give the lamb chops with mint a try. I should have had something else. They were o.k. but the ones I sampled at the Taste of the Nation in Princeton were so much better. There was some redemption with the crème brulee which was very good.

Dan’s appetizer was the best part of the meal. It’s a beautiful restaurant.
