This was my first night to venture into the famous Patpong area of Bangkok.
We had a window seat upstairs and could look down and watch all the action on
the street. Dan had already been in Bangkok for several weeks and wanted to
try something different than Thai food so we tried Italian.
I had the pizza margherita. The crust was soggy but overall it was alright.
Dan had the grilled sea bass. It was o.k. but like every other sea bass dish
in Bangkok: boring. We also had some garlic bread. It was garlicky and oily
just like good garlic bread should be.
Wines/Beverages Sampled:
We're not really sure what we got. We ordered
one wine but received something else. The wait staff told us they didn't have
quite what we wanted (even though it was on the menu) but this was a comparable
wine. The wine was fine but we weren't too happy with the switch.
