Red Pepper with Anchovies




This is an easy Tapas recipe.

Roast peppers at 400° for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for another 15 minutes. Wrap individually in paper towels and let cool. Peel and seed peppers and cut into strips. Slice garlic thinly. Fry garlic in oil until golden brown.

Roll up the garlic inside the red pepper inside the anchovy and stick a toothpick through its heart.
